Job Title: Routine Maintenance Technician – Red River Gorge Getaways

Job Description:
Are you a dependable and detail-oriented individual looking for a steady maintenance position? Join our team at Red River Gorge Getaways, where we're seeking a dedicated Routine Maintenance Technician to perform preventative and routine tasks that keep our cabins in top condition. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our guests.Responsibilities:

● Perform routine pest control (spraying for bugs, setting mouse traps and bait).
● Replace HVAC filters and clean dryer exhaust vents.
● Prime wells as needed.
● Replace lightbulbs and batteries in door keypads and smoke detectors.
● Clear gutters of debris and remove fallen leaves or tree branches. Able to safely use ladders.
● Spray weeds and pick up unsightly trash.
● Ensure cabins are guest-ready by checking for and addressing maintenance needs.
● Assist with reactive maintenance during peak seasons.

Wage:
● Starting at $15/hr.

Requirements:
● Must be 18 years or older.
● Possess a valid driver’s license.
● Own a reliable vehicle for transportation between work locations (4WD or AWD)
● Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
● Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
● Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
● Able to track time, take pictures, and communicate job status on smartphone through online software (Breezeway).
● Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Job Description: Are you a meticulous and reliable individual looking for a steady housekeeping position? Join our team at Red River Gorge Getaways, where we're seeking dedicated housekeepers to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our cabins. As a housekeeper, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough and detailed cleaning of assigned cabins.
• Adhere to high cleanliness standards and maintain a tidy and welcoming environment.
• Work efficiently and manage time effectively, especially when responsible for cleaning multiple cabins in a day.
• Demonstrate punctuality and dependability to meet daily cleaning schedules.

Wage:

• Housekeepers will receive a flat rate per cabin.
• Rates vary depending on the cabin, ranging from $30 to $100.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Own a vehicle with 4WD or AWD for transportation to and from work locations.
• Have a Facebook account and access to the Facebook Messenger app for receiving work messages and daily schedules.

• Weekly schedules vary.
• Full-time positions are required during peak season months (spring, summer, fall).
